EXCHANGE POLICY
To better serve you, we have offer a flexible exchange policy.

If you are unable to attend a performance for which you have purchased tickets, you may, with 24 hours' notice, transfer your tickets to another performance date (based on availability). Or we will be happy to issue a gift certificate for future use.

WORKSHOPS, CAMPS AND CLASSES
Registration fees/tuition for workshops and children's theatre programs including summer camps are non-refundable. If a registered participant is ill or there is a family emergency, tuition/fees may be applied to a future workshop/camp/session.
