For Sunday matinees , the box office opens at 1 p.m. for ticket pick-up. The box office is closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

If you need assistance, please email Buzz@BoilerRoomTheatre.com or call the box office at 615-794-7744 to order tickets by phone.

You may also have difficulty ordering online if you do not enter an exact match of your credit card's billing adddress.

What is your policy on children attending shows? So that all Guests may enjoy a performance at the Boiler Room Theatre, please note that children under the age of three are not permitted in the theatre. Children over the age of three are welcome but must have their own ticket and seat.

Yes. Boiler Room Theatre gift certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased by phone or in person.

What is your refund policy?
All ticket sales are non-refundable.

Do you have a ticket exchange policy?
To better serve you, we offer a flexible exchange policy. If you are unable to attend a performance for which you have purchased tickets, you may, with 24 hours' notice, transfer your tickets to another performance date (based on availability). Or we will be happy to issue a gift certificate for future use.

GROUPS

Do you offer group rates?
Yes! Our group rate applies for parties of 10 or more. Further discounts are available for larger groups of 25 or more. Please call the Box Office at 615-794-7744 for pricing and details. More information on group rates and reservations is available on our website by clicking HERE.

Can you reserve seats together for my group?
We are unable to reserve seats for groups due to our limited capacity. We suggest arriving prior to house opening (7:30 for evening shows, 1:30 for matinees), distribute tickets to your group and be among the first to be seated. If you have a need for wheelchair seating, we will, however, reserve seats for those guests in the first row.

PATRON SPONSORS

Can I receive a tax deduction if I make a contribution to the Boiler Room Theatre?
Yes. All contributions made to the Boiler Room Theatre are 100% tax deductible. Please see our HELP BRT webpage for more information.

AUDITIONS/EMPLOYMENT

When do you hold auditions?

A general, open call is usually held prior to each season the first or second weekend in November. Open calls for individual shows throughout the season are held on an as-needed basis. It is highly recommended to attend the season call for consideration for all shows. Some roles for the upcoming season are cast immediately following the season call.

Where can I find audition dates?
Audition information is posted here on our website (usually one month prior) and is also listed in the Nashville Scene and Tennessean newspapers (usually one week prior as these publications will not list auditions any further in advance).

I see that BRT is a Non-Equity, professional theatre. So what do you pay?
Actor, musician and tech staff salaries are individually negotiated and confidential. Upon request, we will give actors a general salary range at auditions.
