HOW TO ORDER TICKETS

There are three easy ways to purchase tickets:

1. BY PHONE

Tickets may be ordered by calling
615-794-7744 during regular box office hours which are Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The box office remains open until 8 p.m. on show evenings (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays). The box office opens at 1 p.m. for ticket pick-up only on Sunday matinees.

Tickets may be purchased by phone with a credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We will ask you for your address for card security purposes. We do not keep your credit card number on file for your protection.

2. ONLINE
Tickets may be purchased online here on our website using a credit or debit card. Tickets will be automatically held at our will-call counter until your selected performance. If you wish, you may pick up your tickets during regular box office hours anytime before your selected performance. Season Passes ordered online will be mailed immediately upon receipt of order.

3. IN PERSON
Tickets may be purchased at our box office, located inside the theatre at 230 Franklin Road, Building Six in Franklin, during regular box office hours which are Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

You are welcome to use cash, personal or business checks (with valid driver's license), traveler's checks or credit/debit cards for in-person ticket purchases.

Although we highly recommend advance purchase of your tickets, you may be able to purchase tickets at the door the night (or afternoon) of a performance, but please understand you take the risk of the show being sold out.

The box office is closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
