Legendary Chicken Fried Chicken
Crispy southern-fried chicken breast over Sonoma White
Cheddar n' Mac and Smithfield ham giblet gravy
Bayou Mac
You've never had Mac-n-Cheese like this before! Spiked with sauteed spinach,
fresh bay scallops, shrimp, chunks of fresh gulf fish and bits of maple bacon.
Loveless Peach-Glazed Pork Chop
Incredibly tender and delicious chop, pit-smoked, grilled
with a Loveless Peach preserve glaze and served with mashed
potatoes and Southern greens.
Salmon On Fire
Spice-rubbed fresh filet of salmon, grilled to order and
served over balck-eyed peas with sweet and spicy green
beans.
